At Neon Pulse, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted neon signs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our refund and return policy.

Payment Methods

To ensure your data is always protected, Neon Pulse uses PayPal as our primary payment gateway.

No PayPal Account? No Problem:

You can often use your Credit or Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through the PayPal guest checkout without needing to create an account.

Security First:

Your financial details are never stored on our servers. PayPal's industry-leading encryption keeps your transaction safe and private.

Currency:

All prices are displayed in USD. International customers may see converted prices at checkout based on current exchange rates.

Custom Orders

Customized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Because each custom neon sign is made specifically to your design specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item arrives damaged during shipping.

Ready-Made Signs

Ready-made neon signs from our standard collection may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • All accessories and components are included
  • The sign is in resalable condition

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned ready-made items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your neon sign arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@neonpulse.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
